Combined our team has over 25 years of real estate experience. Having a background in Dental, it was Megan's top priority to make sure patients received a consistent, wowing experience every single visit that made them want to go home and tell all of their family and friends about it. Systems, processes and numbers were her "jam"! Bringing in over 320 new patients in 1 month was one of her biggest accomplishments in Dental.
Megan joined a top-producing real estate team early 2018 as an Executive Assistant, growing very rapidly into the team’s Director of Operations. She fell in love with the systems and processes of finding a way to deliver a high level of customer service to each and every client, building a process that allowed the agent to stay on top of transaction milestones and making sure by the end of the transaction the client thought of that agent when they thought of real estate in the future! That's the name of the game! Get the client to stay with the agent, get them to do business with that agent, and get the client to refer new business to that agent!
So you can see by now what drew Megan to building out Keystone Transaction Solutions. Her passion for building an experience both with the agent in mind and the agent's client in mind is what sets her apart.
